TVCC Annual Membership Meeting
Date: October 6, 2005

The Annual General Meeting took place as planned on the evening of October 6th at
Warbirds Museum. 21 members attended of which 5 members were new since October of
2004.
The slate of proposed Directors was elected unanimously. Board Members now serving
until September 2006 are: Susan Carr, Allen Moore, Ryan Kearsley, Barbara Klebsadel,
Reid Rogers, and Dawn Wells. Serving until September 2007 are: Robert Foster, Justin
Hays, Jennifer Brennan, Sharon Shopper, and Craig Sherman. Serving until September
2008 are: John Hansford, Louis Christensen, Nora Horn, Bill Reid, Wyatt Penfold,
and Gwen Mielke.
The President reviewed the management performance for the year of 2004-5 against
the goals set at the annual general meeting in 2004.Goals for 2005-6 were introduced.
Comparative income statements for the years ending Dec 31, 2003 and 2004 as prepared
by the Chamber accountants were distributed.
New members who attended the meeting introduced their businesses. It was reported
that there were 32 new members, bringing the active memberships to 234 as of October
6, 2005.
Members were notified that the Grand Opening of the new Teton Ace Hardware store
in Driggs will be November 17-19 and that Teton Valley Trails and Pathways is organizing
an important public session on visioning December 11. More information will be sent
in advance of these events.
Condolences were sent to the family of Keith and Claudia Davis, long time Chamber
members whose lives were lost in a tragic accident on Teton Pass.
